These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.seenact.online and any related products, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Seenact (“Seenact”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Seenact provides an AI-powered interview assistant that offers real-time transcription, suggested answers, and related productivity features intended to support users during interviews and similar conversations. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at support@seenact.online if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with any rules, policies, or contractual obligations that apply to you, including those of any interview, examination, or assessment in which you participate.
The Service is offered through a combination of one-time credit packs and recurring subscription plans. Pricing, included features, and credit consumption rates are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Changes will not apply retroactively to credits or subscription periods already purchased.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees and any applicable taxes.
Refund eligibility is described on the pricing page or at the point of purchase. Where a money-back guarantee is offered, it applies subject to the conditions stated there. Outside of those conditions, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The Service, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials provided by Seenact, is owned by Seenact or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
Content you submit to the Service (such as a resume, notes, or audio you supply) remains yours. You grant Seenact a limited license to process that content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate transcriptions, suggested answers, and other output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given context. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before relying on it, and Seenact makes no representation that the output is correct, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of bias.
The Service may interoperate with third-party platforms (for example, video conferencing or coding interview platforms). Those third parties are not controlled by Seenact, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. Seenact is not responsible for the availability or behavior of any third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seenact and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Seenact in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seenact from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where the changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
